Materials, Printing, and Lamination
Material and composite structures can be selected according to barrier level, heat resistance, puncture resistance, heat-sealing performance, recyclability, weight, and other application requirements. Film-blowing capabilities support customized 5-layer and 7-layer co-extruded structures, including HDPE- and MDOPE-based materials, while film casting supports single-layer and multi-layer PP, PS, degradable materials, and co-extruded laminated films, including EVOH- and PA-based structures. Printing options include gravure and flexographic printing. Lamination options include dry, solvent-free, extrusion, and co-extrusion lamination, while vacuum metallizing can create metallic gloss and improve barrier performance.
Production and Quality Control

Production technologies include film blowing, film casting, gravure printing, flexographic printing, vacuum metallizing, co-extrusion lamination, precision slitting, protective film production, and related conversion processes.
